2017 IFI CONGRESS @ ACDF ’17

The IFI CONGRESS is a premier biennial forum that brings the world interiors community together with experts from across disciplines to explore critical issues facing the global design community.

Organized under the theme “World-Class Design in Regional Markets” and running parallel to the African Culture & Design Festival, the 2017 IFI CONGRESS is specifically geared toward the role of design in economic development in Africa and around the world.

Integrating global and regional perspectives, the program will examine creativity as a vehicle for regional development and explore African art and design expression in the built-environment. Following the 2017 IFI CONGRESS, the XXVIII IFI General Assembly (IFI GA)—the organization’s annual business meeting—will be attended by IFI delegates.
