The Epic town of Badagry which is named a tourism haven by UNESCO in 2002 can be traced back to when people resided along the coast of Gberefu Pennisula which later begat the town “Badagry”.
Badagry was founded in 1425 and is considered one of the oldest tourist destinations in Nigeria.
